I shipped 3 boxes from the UK to France, I was very pleased with VooVit until I opened my boxes. 75% of all my crockery was smashed, they obviously do not take very much care when moving the boxes. The customer services are extremely rubbish.. Firstly, they were charged me 15GBP for failed delivery, but I was at home for whole day and no one rang my door bell. Also she said that if I wont paid the extra fee, then she wont re-called the driver form Parcelforce. However, I must be re-printed all the postage details first, but she sent me an attachments in 5 days later.. I just said, beware this dodge staff (Julie Coleman).. Right now, there are an other problem from Hong Kong depot, they said I must be pay 1300HKD + 550HKD (delivery), but the statment listed will be approximately 850HKD for destination charge. It is about 40-45% overcharged... Finially, I dun thinking too much and just hopes Voovit will giving me a reply asap.. Also no more damage or lost when received my boxes..
